Lime is now managing JUMP operations and is responsible for micromobility pricing, vehicle availability, and support for issues you might have with a trip. If you experienced an issue while on a Lime or JUMP trip after August 5, please reach out to Lime support. For account or other issues before then, please contact Uber support through the Account section of the help center.
As the Uber platform adapts to provide innovative mobility solutions, Lime vehicles (including JUMP) will be available on the Uber app. If you have any issues with your Uber account, we can still support via help.uber.com, or from the Help section within your app.
This change will not impact Uber rides and food delivery with Uber Eats.
