App crashes throughout the day

Please proceed to the following troubleshooting steps

For Android device

1. Logout of the app (menu in the top left > “SETTINGS” > log out), this should then show you the login page.
2. Force close the app by clicking the square button below the screen and then swiping the Uber Eats app left.
3. Perform a hard reset using the instructions above.
4. Open your Uber Eats app and login using your login details.

For iPad device

1. Logout, this should then show you the login page, where you can enter your username and password.
2. To force close the app: double click “HOME” (the circular button below the screen) button and then swipe the Uber Eats app upwards.
3. To perform a hard reset: Press and hold the “HOME” and “STANDBY” buttons (at the top of the iPad). Hold for approximately 10-12 seconds until device restarts and you see the Apple logo.
4. Open your Uber Eats app and login using your login details.

If it’s still not working

If you are still having issues with your tablet please send an email to organize a replacement tablet. (Please note that there may be a charge for this.)

How to get back online without your Tablet: To avoid offline time while your device is not working, we recommend you use Uber Eats Orders Online here: http://merchants.ubereats.com/orders

For Laptop/ Online use: You can open this from your phone, computer, or tablet only on a Google Chrome browser to continue taking orders until your device is fixed.

To login to the dashboard: Enter your usual Uber login Credentials: email / Uber Eats login & password Once you’ve logged in you can review the training guide by clicking: Menu > How to guide > Get Started. Please only keep one tab open when using UEO on your Chrome Browser.
