Getting started with Webshop

With Uber’s Webshop, you can offer delivery through your website or social media to increase your sales.

Webshop allows your customers to place orders for delivery and pickup directly through your website. You can also receive all your customers’ information (upon their consent) to personalize promotions and build a loyal customer base.

How do I set up my Webshop?

Check out our How to Embed Ordering page to learn how to set up and embed your Webshop button.

How do I receive orders from my Webshop?

You will receive orders from your Webshop the same way you receive orders from Uber Eats today. This includes both POS and non-POS integrated locations. If your POS is integrated with Uber Eats, orders will come through via POS. If your POS is not integrated, orders will display wherever you currently receive orders (in tablet, in Uber Eats Orders online, or Uber Eats Orders mobile).

How will the orders be fulfilled?

Pickup and delivery, whether using your own staff or connecting with delivery people using the Uber Eats app, are both available for Webshop.

Can I use a unique Webshop URL for a group of locations?

Yes. We’ll generate a unique link for all your locations during the signup process. You can then decide which ones to add (or remove) to your website, social media profiles, or marketing emails. If you don’t see the unique link or would like to request a review of the location’s set-up, reach out to your Account Manager.

Can I access Webshop without being present on the Uber Eats marketplace?

Yes, we can work to set up a Webshop for you without having your restaurant listed on the Uber Eats website and app. If you are interested in this option, please reach out to your Account Manager.

How can customers access support?

Uber Eats will manage customer support on your behalf for your Webshop. Customers can access support via the tracking window during live orders and clicking on the Help button. For non-live orders, customers can reference our Support page.
