How to connect your printer
Open the Uber Eats Order Manager app on your Uber managed device.
Tap the “hamburger” icon in the top-left corner.
Tap Settings.
Tap Receipt Printing.
Tap Select to search printers.
Wait for your printer name to appear. If you can’t see the printer, ensure the settings for your Bluetooth or Wi-Fi printer are correctly configured (see the connection troubleshooting steps below).
Select your printer and tap Continue.
Tap Test Print.
Verify if test print is printed through the selected printer.
If the test receipt prints, your printer is ready to use.
Note:
If a printer is already connected and working, you can skip directly to Test Print.
To connect a different printer, first remove the existing printer.
The printer needs to be connected to the tablet before connecting to the app.
If you can’t find or connect your printer
Make sure your printer is turned on.
Make sure Bluetooth or Wi-Fi is turned on for your tablet.
For Bluetooth printers:
Make sure the printer is in pairing mode.
Make sure the printer is paired with your tablet.
For Wi-Fi printers:
Make sure the printer and tablet are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Make sure the Uber Eats Order Manager app has permission for:
Location
Nearby devices
Restart both the printer and tablet, then try again.
If a printer is already selected but not working, remove it and reconnect it.
