Multi-Stop Package Delivery is a new type of opportunity with different trip structures and expectations.
The Terms and Conditions provide details on how these trips work and what to expect.
Before reserving a Multi-Stop Package Delivery trip, you’ll see an estimated earnings amount based on factors like estimated route distance and number of stops.
The amount shown before your trip is a fare estimate based on expected route and package information. Your final earnings may be higher or lower depending on the actual number of stops, packages, or route changes on the day of delivery.
The fare for the trip will be shown before you start driving. Please note that the exact fare may be adjusted after the trip if the length or duration of the trip deviates from the estimated length or duration that was used to calculate the exact fare.
Be online at least 30 minutes before the beginning of the pickup time you reserved and be within 30 minutes driving distance of the pickup location.
If you’re not online or not within range, the trip may be offered to another courier.
You won’t receive other trip requests during the 30 minutes before the beginning of the pickup.
This helps ensure you’re available for the reservation.
Yes, you can cancel at any time before the start of your reservation if your plans change.
Canceling a reservation won’t affect your Uber Pro status or your ability to receive future Multi-Stop Package Delivery opportunities.
Canceling early helps ensure the trip can be offered to another courier.
No. A reservation doesn’t guarantee a trip offer.
Trip availability depends on package volume and courier demand.
Trips may still be canceled by the merchant due to operational needs.
If there are no reservations available, you can choose to join the waitlist.
If a cancellation occurs, you may be offered a reservation, regardless of whether you are online, as long as you are within range. You’ll receive an in-app notification if this happens.
You’ll be notified in-app if a trip becomes available.
You can leave the waitlist at any time.
Reservation availability may change based on package volume.
If adjustments are needed, you may be moved to the waitlist.
You’ll be notified in the app if a trip becomes available.
Pickup locations are coordinated and run by third-party logistics providers who may have their own check-in procedures, parking instructions, and safety protocols (e.g. closed-toe shoes required to enter a pickup location).
This information will be shared in the app for your awareness prior to your pickup and may vary depending on the logistics provider.
Review any guidance shown in the app and note that you may receive directions from the logistics providers at the site.
Package Route trips are usually longer than food delivery trips. Stay hydrated and take breaks as needed.
You’ll have the full day to complete your deliveries at your own pace. Take as much or as little time as you need during the day with no impact to earnings.
When handling packages:
These trips involve one pickup at a logistics facility followed by up to 50 drop-offs.
These trips are typically longer - they are estimated to last 3-5 hours.
You’ll see “Package Route” noted in the offer screen.
You can take a break anytime during a Package Route trip without affecting your earnings.
If a package cannot be delivered, a return trip to the pickup facility may be required. If that happens, you will receive additional earnings for the return trip.
