If you want to pause or resume your Uber One membership, please follow the steps below: * How to pause my membership
Tap the account icon and select “Uber One”
Scroll and tap “Manage Membership”
Click “Pause membership” in the “Manage Membership” section at the bottom
After selecting the period of time you want to pause (one month or two months), Tap “Pause Uber One”
You can also click “End Membership” in the “Manage Membership” section > select “Want to take a break” to pause your subscription.
Please note that only “Uber One Monthly Plan members” can pause the membership. Each user has four opportunities to stop the membership per year, and the auto-renew must be turned on.
Member who is ineligible to pause the membership:
Uber One Annual Plan member
Free trial member
Business account user
Currently upgrading from a Monthly Plan to an Annual Plan
Redeemed renewal incentive in the current plan
Please note that when you select to pause your membership, it will be paused starting from the end of this billing cycle. You will receive an email when your membership is paused.
The subscription fee and benefits will be stopped at the same time, please refer to “What is Uber One?” for more information about Uber One benefits. In addition, you will not receive any notification about Uber One related benefits.
After the selected pause duration ends, the system will automatically renew your next membership, and you can once again enjoy the Uber One benefits.
How to resume my membership
If you want to resume your membership, you can find a “Resume” button in the Member hub or Manage Membership.
To resume your membership via Member hub or Manage Membership:
Tap the account icon and select “Uber One” to enter Membership hub
Click “Resume” next to the expiry date of the pause period at the top of the screen
If can also click “Manage Membership” on Member hub
Find “Pause” in the “Manage Membership” section at the bottom of the screen
Click “Restore” on the right
