What is Call To RIde?
Call To RIde is a new service which allows you to call 13-UBER (13 82 37) to request a ride on demand or in advance through Uber without the need to download the Uber app.

How much does Call To RIde cost?
The cost of your ride will vary based on a few factors. When you call us, we’ll let you know your options and the cost before we confirm your ride.
When can I use Call To RIde?
We currently have team members available 24/7 to receive your requests.
Can I call from a landline?
You cannot use the service from a landline phone. You will need to call from a phone that can receive text messages.
How long before I need a ride do I need to call to request my ride?
You can call 13-UBER (13 82 37) and book an on-demand ride when you need it right now. You can also pre-book a ride an hour after the current time and up to 30 days in advance.
What if I need to cancel my ride?
To cancel your trip, please call us at 13-UBER (13 82 37) and follow the automated instructions. Please be aware that there might be a cancellation fee, but you’ll be informed about it before confirming the cancellation.
If I request a ride somewhere, will I be able to get a ride home?
Ride bookings are all one-way trips, but don’t worry, you can call 13-UBER (13 82 37) if you need to request another ride.
What if I want to pay in cash?
Uber is a cashless service. When you call us to request a ride, we’ll help you set up an account and make sure you have a debit or credit card on file with us to pay for your trip.
Who is going to pick me up?
You will receive information about your driver and their vehicle in a text after requesting your trip. All drivers receive an annual background check.
Can I request a ride for others?
At this time, account holders can only request for themselves through the Call To Ride service. You must call using the phone number registered with the account. You can still make trip requests for others through the Uber app.
Can I take a trip with multiple destinations?
At this time, multiple-destination trips are not available through Call To Ride, but you can request a trip with multiple destinations in the Uber app.
