How can I modify or cancel my reservation?

You may modify or cancel your Uber Rent reservations. Please note that price and availability are not guaranteed and that specific restrictions apply to Uber Rent and Valet.

To modify your reservation:

1. Select manage reservation on the rental you’d like to modify.
2. Scroll to the reservation time section to modify the trip date and time and select your new preference.
3. Scroll to the pickup & dropoff section to modify the selected location.
4. Confirm changes

To cancel your reservation:

1. Select manage reservation on the rental you’d like to modify.
2. Click on cancel reservation to cancel the reservation.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions and cancel your reservation.
4. You may be charged a cancellation fee. Read your Terms and Conditions.

For Uber Rent reservations, you can cancel until the pick-up time.

For Valet reservations, you can cancel your reservation up to 2 hours before your trip start time

Once the reservation is canceled, you are able to make a new reservation, if needed.
