To cancel your subscription in the Uber app:
After canceling your subscription, you’ll have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.
If you have a question about your subscription, please visit the Help section of the app on your mobile device to reach us.
If you are more than 48 hours before a new billing cycle, cancel in the Uber One section of the app; or if you are within 5 business days of purchase and wish to cancel your membership, please contact support to cancel so we can help you.
