Uber for Business simplifies expense management for companies, offering employees free or subsidized rides, Uber Eats orders, and other perks beyond regular business travel.
To use Uber for Business, link your existing Uber account (likely tied to your personal email) to your company’s profile. Don’t create a new account—using your personal account lets you manage both personal and business profiles with a single login.
Once logged into your personal Uber account, accept your Uber for Business invitation to create a business profile.

Your request is under review by your company administrator. Once approved, your accounts will link automatically, and you’ll be able to access your benefits right away.
Even if your company covers all costs, a personal payment method is required to verify your account. Confirm you’ve added one to complete the linking process.
Use only your personal invitation email—forwarded emails or someone else’s PIN won’t work.
