1. My driver misentered the taxi fare

If you believe the driver accidentally entered the wrong amount, please provide the following details for the Uber Team to review and confirm.

2. My driver didn’t provide 15% off of the meter fare

If you believe the driver didn’t provide 15% off of the meter fare as selected, please provide the following details for the Uber Team to review and confirm. Please note that your requested discount will not apply to surcharges such as toll fees, animal fees, and luggage fees.

3. My driver took a bad route

Since the Meter Taxi trip fare is charged based on the actual Meter Fare, we are unable to make any fare adjustments on behalf of the driver in general. We appreciate your understanding. If you still wish to let us know more about the trip, please provide the details below for the Uber Team to review.
