How can I pause my membership in the App?

To pause your membership you can do so from your App.

  • Go to “Account” > “Uber One”.
  • Select “Admin membership” > “End membership”.
  • Click on the “Take a break” option.

Note: it will allow you to pause your membership if you’re on a monthly plan as this feature is not available for annual plan or free trial periods. * Confirm the information and select “Continue”.

You’ll have the option to pause 1 or 2 months. Remember pause is not immediate and it only starts at the end of the current billing cycle. Remember you can only pause your membership 4 times per year.

Why can I not pause my membership now? Or I paused my membership but it’s still active

Pause can only start at the end of the current billing cycle.

Can I cancel my membership while it’s paused?

Yes you can do it through the App or through support, however, you won’t receive a refund for the months you have pending.

How can I resume my membership that is paused? Can you do it for me?

To resume your membership you can do so from your App.

  • Go to “Account” > “Uber One”.
  • Select “Admin membership”.
  • Click on the “Resume” option found in a blue box.
  • Confirm the information and select “Continue”.

Can I pause my membership if I’m on an annual plan?

At the moment this option is only available for members who have the monthly plan active.
