Your payment method can be changed at any time from the Uber One page in the Uber or Uber Eats app by navigating to Uber One under “Account”. Click “Manage membership” to make changes to your payment method.
Any Uber Cash can be used towards this recurring membership subscription. To do so, click Uber One on the Account page of the Uber or Uber Eats app, then “Manage membership.” On that page, you can update payment details to have your Uber Cash turned on.
If we have trouble renewing your Uber One membership with your default payment method, to ensure no disruption in your benefits, we will try to process your payment again using one of the other options saved on your account.
