Uber complies with the qualified invoice system from October 1, 2023, by issuing two invoices.
Why are there two separate invoices?
Invoices are issued by the service provider, thus Uber issues the following two invoices.
* Invoice issued by the Taxi company / the owner-operated taxi that provides the taxi service (showing the fare for the ride)
* Invoice issued by Uber that provides the handling services or other service fees charged (where applicable)
How to download the Invoice
Please follow the instructions below to download the invoice.
By PC :
From a receipt email sent to your registered email address after the ride:
- Tap [Download invoices] attached in the email and download the invoice
From the Uber web page:
- Sign in to riders.uber.com/trips
- Go to [My Trips]
- Select the ride in your ride history
- Select [Trip details]
- Download invoice
By your smartphone :
From Uber app :
- Open Uber app and tap [History]
- Select the ride in your ride history
- Tap [View invoice]
- Tap [Download] and download the invoice
How do I download an Uber One membership invoice?
Uber One membership invoice is available to download from the computer (not from smartphone).
Uber Eats Website :
- Log in to ubereats.com
- Select “Uber One”
- Select “Manage Membership”
- Select “Download invoice”
Note:
- Uber receipts are not compatible with the qualified invoice system and cannot be used as an invoice.
- Once an invoice has been issued, the name of the user cannot be changed or reissued. The name on the invoice will be the same as your Uber account name, so please change the account name to your preferred name in advance.
- The invoice will be issued in PDF format.
- The QII number will be on the invoice.
- Fare adjustments will only be reflected on the invoice if it was made for both the Rider and the Taxi company / the owner-operated taxi. Goodwill appeasement or credits granted by Uber may not be reflected on the invoices as these are provided by Uber and do not affect the transportation provided by the Taxi company / the owner-operated taxi.
- The invoice will include the transaction date, QII number, description of services, quantity, JCT, and amount.
- The invoice will include the information about the Taxi company / the owner-operated taxi. You can use the information to inquire about lost items.
