When is Wait & Save available?
The Wait & Save option appears in your rider app when UberX is surging above a certain level.
How does the discount work?
The Wait & Save discount is dynamic and is directly proportional to the surge at the time of your trip request. In other words, the higher the surge multiplier, the higher the discount.
What happens if Surge does not reduce?
Once you reach the maximum waiting time, the request is dispatched to drivers regardless of what the surge level is.
