Why are you cancelling your order?

- Errors in the order

If due to a mistake you'd like to change your order before it is delivered, please reach out to the restaurant you ordered from directly, quoting your name and order details. The restaurant will do their best to accommodate your request.

- Incorrect delivery address

If you realise the delivery address is incorrect, you can contact your delivery partner directly, as soon as your order has been assigned to them. More details on how to do this can be found here

If the order has not been accepted yet by the Restaurant, you can cancel the order in the Uber Eats app:

1. On the bottom menu bar, tap the receipt icon
2. Select your ongoing order
3. In the order screen, tap "CANCEL ORDER"
4. A pop-up appears to confirm your action, tap "CANCEL ORDER" again
5. After confirming, select a cancellation reason, then tap "DONE"

If the restaurant has accepted the order it is very likely that they started to prepare it, you'll then be unable to cancel with your app. Please reach out to the restaurant you ordered from directly, quoting your name and order details. The restaurant will do their best to accommodate your request.
