How is it different than ordering through the app?

To order food through the app, you don’t need to worry about signing in to the app. All you need is a viable email address, phone number, and credit/debit card.

Can I tip on my order?

You can add a tip for your delivery person before placing your order.

Tips can’t be added or adjusted once the order is placed.

What should I do if I have an issue with my order placed via Guest Checkout?

If you have an issue with your order, you can access support by tapping the ‘Help Center’ button at the bottom of your order confirmation page. This will direct you to our support site where our team can assist you directly.

Are there any fees I should know about?

When placing a delivery order, you will be charged a delivery and service fee. Additional fees may apply depending on your order. These fees will be listed for your review prior to checkout. Pickup orders are exempt from these fees.

I’m part of a rewards or subscription program. Can I use these rewards when ordering via Guest Checkout?

Rewards or subscription programs only apply when ordering through a registered account, but you can still place an order.

I have a promo code. Can I use it when ordering via Guest Checkout?

Promo codes can only be applied when ordering through a registered account via web or the app.
