How to check and download receipts

You can check and download your receipts either from the receipt email sent by Uber Eats or directly from the app. The email will be sent to the email address registered to your account.

Here’s how to view your receipts via the app or a browser.

App

  1. Tap “Account” at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Tap “Order History” at the top of the screen, and select the relevant order from the list.
  3. Tap “View Receipt.” If you need to download it, tap “Download PDF.”

Web Browser

  1. Click the menu (three horizontal lines) at the top left.
  2. Select “Your Orders.”
  3. Click “View Receipt” for the relevant order. If you need to download it, click “Download Receipt.”

When will I receive my receipt?

Receipts are sent as soon as the order is completed. They will also be available in the app or web at the same time.

What if I don’t receive the receipt email?

Check your spam folder, or ensure your email settings allow emails from Uber. If the settings are correct but you still haven’t received it, refer to the link below to update your email address.

Can I change the name on the receipt?

Update your account information, as your account name will be used as the receipt’s name. Refer to the link below for instructions on updating your account details.
