Uber One is a paid membership subscription that offers the options of a “Monthly Plan” and “Annual Plan”. When users subscribe to Uber One, you can unlock savings across the Uber / Uber Eats apps. For a fixed subscription fee, you get savings on rides, LKR 0 delivery fee available only for eligible stores showing the gold Uber One icon, plus other additional perks, letting you to do more with Uber.

Monthly membership costs LKR 599 and an annual membership costs LKR 5,999. Uber One renews automatically every month or when membership expires, you can check the membership expiry date or unsubscribe it in the “Uber One” section in the app or a web browser. Users may choose to cancel their monthly membership within 48 hours, and their annual membership within 45 days the post purchase date with little to no charges, as per their usage. You may also seek assistance from in-app support if it is after 48 hours for monthly or after 45 days for annual.

All plans are available to both Uber and Uber Eats covered areas in Sri Lanka.

What perks does Uber One offer?

Uber Eats perks:

1. LKR 0 Delivery Fee available for eligible stores showing the gold Uber One icon with minimum order values, subject to change per store
2. Appeasement of LKR 500 in Uber Credits if the Latest Arrival estimate (shown after you place your order) is missed

Uber Rides perks:

• Promotions on rides trips

1. 5% Uber Credits as Member savings on all eligible trips

2. Priority access to top-rated drivers (where available)

   • The above Uber Eats LKR 0 Delivery Fee is only available for eligible stores showing the Uber One icon, and applicable to LKR 900 minimum order from participating non-grocery stores and LKR 1200 minimum on participating grocery stores.
   • Fees, if applicable, will not count towards order minimums.
   • Latest Arrival estimate time is the best estimate for your order based on thousands of previous and similar orders in similar situations. However, please note that it is not a guaranteed delivery time. This estimated time does not change throughout the order delivery. If the order doesn’t arrive within Latest Arrival estimate time, the subscriber will receive an appeasement of LKR 500 in Uber Credits. The issued Uber Cash will expire after 30 days.
   • Uber One members will have priority to be matched with a top-rated driver if one is available. Please note that sometimes a top-rated driver may not always be available due to traffic or other reasons.

Uber One FAQs

Can I use Uber One with other Promos?

You can apply both your Uber One perks and promo code in the same order. If you are applying multiple perks, the system would deduct Uber One perks first and then deduct the promo code perk.

For example: If the promo code contains a reduction on delivery fee and the eats order price (without delivery fee) is under LKR 900, the promo code will apply. If the eats order price is above LKR 900, Uber One perk (LKR 0 delivery fee) will apply.

Can I share my Uber One with others?

Uber One is intended for individual members only. Sharing your Uber One subscription is a violation of the terms and conditions and we may review your account accordingly.
