Return/exchange item

If you need to return or exchange an item under the Widerrufsrecht or Gewährleistung, please return it to the store where it was originally purchased. Please bring the physical store receipt you received with your order (not the Uber receipt). The Merchant’s name and address are printed on it. Without the receipt, the Merchant may not be able to process your return or replacement.

As we do not handle returns directly, the store is responsible for processing your request according to its policies and lodging the refund request. We recommend contacting the store directly if you have any questions about the return process.
