1. To ensure accurate delivery, please make sure of the following:

  1. Register the correct phone number Your delivery partner may contact you at the time of delivery

  2. Turn on push notifications You can set up notifications from the phone settings screen or from the Uber Eats App   To change the settings from App:  a. Tap “Account” (human-shaped icon) at the bottom of the App screen.  b.Select “Other” from “Notifications”  c.Tap “Change settings” to save

  3. Put the room number, building name, and company name correctly.

  4. Adjust the position of the pin If you use location information, the pin may not be set correctly.

If you put an incorrect delivery address, you can correct it by clicking”Change delivery address” under the order in progress in the help page

2. Notes on using “Leave at Door”

If you set the delivery option to “Leave at the door”, you can use the service.

  • When using “Leave at Door”, please put a specific location in the “Add a note” box. Also put detailed information about the exterior of your destination, landmarks, etc. (e.g, a house with two windows)

  • Please pick up the order as soon as possible after you receive the delivery completion notice. If you have any problems, such as not receiving a notification of completed delivery or not finding your order that should have been delivered, please contact Uber support via the App.

  • “Leave at Door” is not available for cash orders. Items must be received and paid in person at your doorstep. If there is any change, it must be received directly from the Delivery Partner. Uber will not be responsible for any issues for leaving cash at the door.
    For cash orders, please do not comment or contact Delivery Partner to request “Leave at Door”.

  • To ensure food quality and safety, “Leave at Door” is not available at some restaurants (i.e: restaurants providing ice cream, raw food, etc.) Such orders must be received in person at your doorstep. Uber and restaurants will not be responsible for any issues for not receiving these orders directly from the Delivery Partner.

  • “Leave at Door” is not available for Electronic, Pharmaceutical orders. Such orders must be received in person at your doorstep. Also some alcohol orders may not be eligible for “Leave at Door”

3. Notes on cash orders

To avoid trouble, please prepare the exact amount of cash so that there will be no change.

4. Delivery partner standby rule

When the delivery partner cannot find and contact the eater after arrival at the delivery address, the delivery partner will stay there for a specified time. If the delivery partner contacts the customer multiple times while waiting, and the customer cannot be found, the delivery is considered complete. Please understand this in advance.

5. Contacting our delivery partners

We ensure that every order is delivered correctly. For this reason, you can contact delivery partners directly on the App.

  • Contact delivery partner during delivery  1. Tap the phone icon from the order status screen  2. Select either call or message

  • Contact your delivery partner after delivery You can still contact your delivery partner for 15 minutes after the App displays “Delivery completed”.  1. Tap “Order” icon on the menu bar at the bottom of the App screen.  2. Tap on a latest completed order  3. Tap “Contact Us”  4. Tap “Receive contact from 00 (delivery partner’s name)  5. You can talk directly with Uber Eats App delivery partners

Please note that our delivery partners need to follow the traffic rules and deliver safely, so they cannot answer the phone while driving.
