If there is more than one item of the same type (if there are two cookies of different brands, for example), add more details so we can identify it (such as brand, name);
If the problem is related to quantity or to an item by weight, inform us of the quantity (in weight or units) you ordered and what you received;
If you have different problems with different items, please explain in details the problem with each item.
Please be sure to advise of the exact missing or incorrect item(s) in your order, and include an image of the order you received. Please note that we will not be able to replace the order, but you may be eligible for a refund.
