Fresh Guarantee Policy

We’re dedicated to helping you get high-quality, fresh products. If an item in your order doesn’t meet our standards, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

Eligible items may qualify for a refund if:

  • Spoiled or rotten.
  • Damaged (for example, crushed, leaking, punctured).
  • Past its expiration or “best by” date at the time of delivery.
  • Stale or otherwise not fresh for up to 2 days after delivery under standard storage conditions.

Additional conditions:

  • This policy applies only to fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs, dairy products, raw meat, and seafood purchased from stores listed in the Grocery section of the Uber Eats app.
  • Excluded items: Frozen or canned goods, non-grocery products, alcohol, and gift cards.
  • Refunds won’t be granted for issues caused by improper storage after delivery.
