If you received a gift through Uber Eats and encountered an issue, here are answers to some common questions.

I have an issue with the order that I received (i.e., order is wrong, damage, and/or missing items). What should I do?

What if my order never arrived?

If your order never arrived, please have the sender of your order contact support.

If I have issues with the items that were delivered to me or I never received my order, can I receive a refund for the order?

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used by the sender.

My order contained alcohol. Why couldn’t I receive my order?

For gift orders containing alcoholic or other restricted items, you must present a valid ID to verify your identity and age. If you are unable to provide that, the Courier is required to return the entire order to the store. The sender of your gift may be charged for this return trip.
