WHY MERCHANTS MAY CANCEL ORDERS
This can happen if they’ve run out of an item or they’re receiving a large volume of order requests.

WHY DELIVERY PARTNERS MAY CANCEL ORDERS
There’s a few possible reasons why this can happen:
When arriving at your delivery address, delivery partners are prompted to contact you so it’s a good idea to keep your phone nearby when the order is expected to arrive
The delivery partner might cancel the delivery if they can’t find or reach you
If a delivery partner wasn’t able to reach you but made a reasonable effort to contact you after arriving at your requested location, you may not be eligible for a refund
