How to order a printer

We recommend approved printer models for purchase, which connect to your tablet by Bluetooth:

• Star Micronics SM printer and rolls- SM-L200, TSP100, TSP650, mC-Print2, mC-Print, 3CK710 (OEM), SP742
• Epson ™ printer and rolls- TM-m30, TM-T82, TM-U220, TM-m10, TM-T20, TM-T70, TM-T88

If you are using any other model besides these recommended models, we cannot guarantee compatibility with the Uber Eats Orders app.

Please note that a printer isn’t required to receive Uber Eats orders. You can accept and process orders while you wait for your printer to arrive. These printers have been tested and/or recommended by Uber for use with the Uber Eats Orders (UEOv3) app on Android devices only (tablets or phones).
