Your delivery rating is an average based on the last 500 deliveries. If nine people gave a thumbs up and one person gave a thumbs down, your delivery rating would be 90%.
Once you have tapped on your overall rating, you’ll find more specific feedback on your timeliness and other areas for improvement.
