Understanding your acceptance rate

Your acceptance rate is the number of ride requests you’ve accepted divided by the total number of ride requests you’ve received while online. This number is automatically calculated and can not be manually changed.

We understand there are times when it is difficult to accept trip requests. For example, you may receive a request from a rider whose location is inaccessible to you, or you may receive a new trip request at the same moment you intend to go offline.

When you know you aren’t going to be able to accept trip requests, it’s good practice to go offline.

If you’re using an iPhone on iOS 9 or 10 and having trouble accepting trip requests while outside the driver app, visit the link below to change your phone’s notification settings. This will make accepting trips easier.
