I am having menu issues with my POS integration

For the majority of POS integrated restaurants, menu setup and maintenance is controlled by your POS provider and not by Uber Eats.

If you are experiencing issues with your menu integration setup, please first reach out to your POS integration provider so that they are aware of the issue.

All POS providers that work with Uber Eats know to escalate to the Uber Eats tech support team for any issue that needs additional help.
