Čo je Uber Reserve?

Uber Reserve is a Scheduled Rides option that allows you to request rides ahead of time. Reserve requests must be scheduled at least 2 hours in advance and can be cancelled without charge up to an hour before the start of the ride. They also have unique features such as upfront driver assignment, early arrival, wait time, and an on-time pickup guarantee.

WHICH PRODUCT CAN I REQUEST TO RESERVE A RIDE?

To reserve a Premium ride, you can request Berline or UberVan.

To reserve an Economy ride, you can request UberX, UberXL, UberComfort, Uber Green, Uber Pet or Uber Access.

Please note that Premium or Economy reservations or product availability may vary, depending on where you’re requesting your ride.

HOW DO I REQUEST AN UBER RESERVE RIDE?

To create an Uber Reserve request, please open your app and take the following steps:

  1. Tap the “Reserve” banner or tab on the app’s home screen

  2. Select “Reserve a Ride”

  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to set up your request details

Once you confirm those details and set up your Uber Reserve request, you will be taken back to the Reserve tab. From here, you can see the details of your existing Reserve requests and schedule additional Uber Reserve rides.

HOW MUCH DOES UBER RESERVE COST?

When you request a Reserve trip, the trip price you see will be an estimate that includes a reservation fee which may vary depending on the location of the pickup address, and/or the day and time of your trip. This fee is paid by riders for their driver’s additional wait time and time/distance spent traveling to the pickup location.

CAN I CANCEL AN UBER RESERVE RIDE?

You can cancel an Uber Reserve request at no charge up to an hour before the start of the ride. However, you will be responsible for the ride fare if the request is canceled within an hour of the scheduled start time. A fixed cancellation fee applied when this happens may vary, depending on the type of reservation.

WHAT OTHER FEATURES MAKE UBER RESERVE SPECIAL?

  • Upfront Driver Assignment: When possible, a driver will be assigned to your request before the pickup time, rather than shortly before the ride.

  • Arrive Early & Wait: Drivers will arrive several minutes before your departure time, and a wait time of 5 (Economy products) to 15 minutes (Premium products) is included in your fare.

  • Ride Preferences: Specify preferences for temperature, conversation, and luggage.

  • Reserved Airport Pickups: When requesting a Uber Reserve trip at the departure of the airport, drivers will wait up to 60 minutes for Premium trips and 45 minutes for Economy. These waiting time are already included in your reservation fare. You can cancel your trip free of charge, anytime to 2h before the pick up time. Otherwise, a cancellation fee will be applied.

  • Favorite Driver: The Favorite Driver feature allows you to select specific drivers you would like to be matched with when requesting Reserve rides.

You can add drivers to your Favorite Driver list during the ride rating process by tapping the “Favorite” button when completing the rating for your driver. You can view your Favorite Driver list by opening your app’s “Settings” section and navigating to the “Favorite Drivers” portion, and you can remove any of your favorite drivers at any time.

However, please keep in mind that you may not always be matched with your favorite drivers due to driver availability.
