Payment stuck in processing

If your payment does not go through after placing your order using LINE Pay or PayPay, please refer to the following steps:

Payment authorization

To complete your payment, you need to check your balance and approve the transaction through the LINE Pay or PayPay app.

  1. After placing your order on the Uber Eats app, it will automatically switch to the LINE Pay or PayPay app.
  2. Check your balance and recharge if it’s insufficient.
  3. Review the order details and tap the payment button. Follow any additional steps if needed. Once approved, the Uber Eats app will reopen automatically.
  4. Confirm in the Uber Eats app that your order is being processed.

Order cancellation and reordering

If the payment does not complete within 10 minutes, your order will be automatically canceled without any cancellation fees.

To place an order again for the same items, tap “Orders” at the bottom of the screen, then select the “Reorder” button from your order history.

Change your payment method

If the above steps don’t work, consider using a different payment method, such as a credit card.

Add a new payment method

  1. Tap “Account.”
  2. Tap “Payment Methods,” then tap the “Add Payment Method” button from the list.
  3. Select the payment method and enter the required information.

Change payment method during checkout

  1. Select your items and proceed to checkout.
  2. On the order confirmation screen, tap the payment method listed below the total amount, then choose a new payment method from the list.
