How can my team accept their invitation

Once a coordinator is added to the organization’s account, they’ll receive an invite email from Uber Health to their work email. They can follow the instructions in the email to sign up. For more detailed instructions, see our onboarding guide.

Once the coordinator account is created, they can start arranging rides with Uber Health at health.uber.com.

Edit settings for our Health account

Uber Health admins can update settings to require expense codes or enable which employee groups have access to the Uber Health Dashboard.

To update settings:

  1. Sign in to business.uber.com
  2. Select Programs on the left
  3. Select Healthcare Rides
  4. Update settings as desired

Admins can also adjust trip settings on trip level defaults, such as changing default settings for trip types and future ride options.

To update these trip settings:

  1. Sign in at health.uber.com
  2. Select the circle with your initials in the top right corner
  3. Select Preferences
  4. Update preferences as desired

Uber Health dashboard versus admin dashboard

  • The Uber Health dashboard is used to book rides
    • All users can have access to the Health dashboard
    • Users can request rides, manage rides, and download detailed trip CSV report
  • The admin dashboard is used to manage your account
    • Only admins have access to this dashboard
    • Admins can invite and manage users, change payment method, download billing statements, create expense codes, and add additional statement recipients
