To request an achievements summary letter, select the option below. We’ll email you a PDF summarizing the achievements made on the Driver app as an independent driver or delivery person, which will include:
- The date of your first trip
- The total number of trips you’ve completed
- Your current rating
- Complimentary reviews from customers
A few things to note about achievements summary letters:
- You’re welcome to request as many as you want
- They’re not available in all countries
- You must be active on the Uber platform to be eligible to receive one
- We can’t change any wording
