If you're an Eats Fleet Delivery Partner who uses an Uber App from 4/1/2019 you will have personal accident insurance from Partner protection insurance to help protect you from some financial cost of major accidents. This insurance is provided at no cost to you.
How to make a claim: If you would like to make a claim for an On-Trip accident, please use the Partner protection insurance online claims portal.
The policy provides On-Trip coverage for:
- Accidental Death Payment
- Funeral Expenses Reimbursement
- Accidental Permanent Disablement Payment
- Medical Expenses Reimbursement
- Inconvenience Payment for Hospitalization
