You can view your acceptance rate and cancellation rate directly from your Partner Area or by going to your 'Profile' located in the top right corner of your app.
This acceptance rate shows the percentage of ride requests you accept compared to the number of requests you receive over the last 30 days.
Your acceptance rate may be calculated with a slight delay; to resolve this, we recommend restarting your app.
A high acceptance rate means shorter wait times for passengers and shorter pickup times for drivers, allowing you to spend more time on rides.
We also recommend logging into the app only when you are available to accept and complete a ride, and logging out temporarily if necessary to avoid receiving ride requests when you are unavailable.
