Did you not receive the link to make the payment?
It is possible that not every week you will receive a link to make the payment of your debt for the amount you pay to use the app on leases paid in cash. Remember to check the email that you have registered in the application, including the "Junk" and "Spam" folders; We'll also text you the link so you can generate it more easily.
If you have not received the link by any means, don't worry, your account service will continue as normal and you will receive a link if your account becomes debited later.
Have you already made the payment but it is not reflected in your balance?
Keep in mind that sometimes it may take up to 96 hours for your payment to be reflected in your account, so don't worry. Once you have made your payment, it will be updated to your balance before the next weekly outage and your account service will continue as normal.
