Getting help on Uber

  1. Open the Driver app
  2. Tap the Menu button (three lines at the top left)
  3. Select Help to access the Help Center

Contacting support for specific issues

  1. Open the Menu and go to Help
  2. Tap Contact Us at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Choose the relevant category (e.g., Trip Issues) and sub-issue (e.g., Cash Underpayments).
  4. If your issue isn’t listed, select Something Else
  5. Follow the instructions on the screen
  6. If the issue persists, tap No when asked if it’s resolved
  7. Connect with an agent through the available channels
