Getting help on Uber
- Open the Driver app
- Tap the Menu button (three lines at the top left)
- Select Help to access the Help Center
Contacting support for specific issues
- Open the Menu and go to Help
- Tap Contact Us at the bottom of the screen.
- Choose the relevant category (e.g., Trip Issues) and sub-issue (e.g., Cash Underpayments).
- If your issue isn’t listed, select Something Else
- Follow the instructions on the screen
- If the issue persists, tap No when asked if it’s resolved
- Connect with an agent through the available channels
