Here’s a quick guide to help you get your Uber App back working:

Forcing the app to close

Follow these simple steps if your Uber App freezes or crashes:

• Force quit the app:

  • For iPhone: Swipe up on the home screen, then swipe up again on the Uber App to close it
  • For android: Open the list of apps running in the background, then swipe the Uber App off the screen or tap Force Stop

• Restart your device:

1. Hold the power button down until options appear
2. Choose to power off your phone, then wait a few seconds
3. Press and hold the power button again to turn your device back on
