WHICH BROWSERS ARE COMPATIBLE WITH MY DASHBOARD?

You can use the following web browsers to access the Uber Direct Dashboard:

  • Chrome.
  • Microsoft Edge.
  • Safari.
  • Firefox.

We do not recommend accessing your Dashboard using Internet Explorer. Please make sure you are using the most updated version of your internet browser at all times.

HOW DO I RESET MY DASHBOARD LOGIN INFORMATION?

Your login will be the email address you signed up with.

To reset your password, you can select “Forgot Password” on the sign-in screen or navigate directly to https://direct.uber.com.

Afterward, log in with your email address associated with your account to receive instructions to reset your password.

HOW DO I LOCATE AN ORDER IN MY DASHBOARD?

Follow these steps to locate an order in the Dashboard by searching with an order number or manifest reference.

  • Log in to your Direct Dashboard.
  • Go to the “Orders” tab.
  • Select the option “Ongoing deliveries”.
  • Select a delivery.
  • On this new page, you will find the status of an order.

HOW DO I CHECK AN ORDER’S STATUS?

  • Log into your Direct Dashboard.
  • Go to the “Orders” tab.
  • Select the order you want to check.
  • The status will be listed in Delivery Info.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY UBER ORDER ID AND MANIFEST REFERENCE NUMBER?

To get your manifest reference, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Orders tab on the dashboard.
  2. Click on the “Ongoing deliveries”.
  3. Within the order, look for the section “Business order ID”
  4. Below this section, you will find the information.

To get your Uber Order ID, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the “Orders” tab on the dashboard and click on the “Ongoing deliveries” section.
  2. Select the order.
  3. This information appears in the “Uber order ID” section.
  4. Or also, you can find the order number at the end of the tracking URL, it is the last 5 digits.
