What is invoice?

NOTE: Uber is officially Taiwan local entity on December 7th, 2020 and will only issue invoice for an Uber One subscription. MPT and Taxi trips are not required to issue invoice under the Taiwan tax regulation.

Fleet partners will issue an invoice for this trip within 24-48 hrs after the trip completed (RCP trips only), and it will be available to view with the provided link in the trip receipt.

If you would like to modify your GUI preference (e.g. add Tax ID, add donation, printing option, etc), please see the step by step

  1. Open the GUI notification email from Gateweb
  2. Click on “view invoice” which will link you to the Gateweb portal to amend preference
  3. Select the relevant option on the Gateweb portal and modify your preferences accordingly

In addition, you can now link your carrier directly in the Uber app:

  1. Select > Account > Settings > Invoice information
  2. Choose your Personal Carrier type (Mobile Barcode, Citizen Digital Certificate, Business ID number or Donation Code) and fill in the required information
  3. Review the disclaimer and confirm your selection to return to the checkout page

NOTE: Currently, the common carrier feature is only available in Taiwan. If you register outside the Taiwan area, you may not be able to use the common carrier-related feature.

You can log in to rider.uber.com and select the Activity > Trip to download or review the invoice.
