*NOTE* Uber Eats is officially Taiwan local entity on February 1st, 2021. To comply with Taiwan's laws and regulation, Uber Eats and the merchant partners including restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacy stores shall issue sales receipts (depending on the individual contract) in the following two ways: only if the merchant partners who are exempted from the use of government uniform invoices, Merchant partners shall issue a government uniform invoice stating the purchasing goods and amount. The delivery fee or other fees charged by Uber Eats shall also be issued a government uniform invoice (e.g. Subscription fee) by Uber Eats to the customers as well.
** My invoice is incorrect
The detail of the invoice may differ from your expectation for the following reasons:
- Change order details/status after the restaurant accepts the order: If you change the order details after the restaurant accepts the order, the final payment will depend on the actual changes of the order.
- Use Promo code: If you have used a promo code which funded by Uber Eats on your order, the final amount paid will be displayed in the electronic invoice.

**I didn't receive the invoice
You should be receiving the invoice after the order completed. You might receive two kinds of invoices.
1. Invoice of your purchases: The invoice of your purchases should be issued by Merchant partners, except for who are exempted from government uniform invoice. If you found you didn't receive the physical restaurant, please contact the Merchant partner directly.
2. Invoice of delivery fee: The invoice for the delivery fee will be issued and sent to your mail inbox within 24-48 hrs after the order completed, and it will be available to view with the provided link in the trip receipt. If you don't see that email, be sure to check your spam folder. If you didn't receive the invoice for the delivery fee, please contact us via the form below.
