For verification purposes, we need to authenticate the device you use for driving.
Please take a clear photo of your face and your phone showing device settings with device model and make.
You can use a mirror to take this photo or ask someone to take a photo of you with a second phone. Please make sure the photo shows:
You can access this screen by going to Settings > About Phone > Device Model or just Model.
Remember, both elements need to be present in the same photo in order to authenticate your device.
