We’re limiting driver activations in New York City, largely due to TLC’s utilization regulations.
If you recently signed up to drive, your account will be placed on a waitlist. You’ll be notified when you’ve been moved off of the waitlist and can proceed with the onboarding to fully activate your account.
Due to the lack of activity, accounts who were previously activated from the NYC TLC Waitlist, have been placed on a temporary waitlist. This is in response to TLC regulations concerning industry utilization. We are limiting the number of drivers we allow to have access to the platform.
