Follow Delivery Instructions

  • Customers may leave delivery notes with key information for dropoff. Check the app for these details.
  • Stores might provide pickup instructions. Again, refer to the app to ensure you know where and how to pick up the order efficiently.

Order Details

  • The app displays the store order number, customer name, and order details for most orders.

Safety and Integrity

  • Stores check the order’s contents; you’re responsible for delivering them safely and intact. Do not open packaging or tamper with the order. Our Community Guidelines highlight the importance of delivering orders safely and without contamination.
