- Schedule an appointment at your local Uber Greenlight Hub:
- Log in to the appointment booking system.
- Select the issue type under Book an in-person appointment.
Note: Appointments are not available for Uber Eats-related issues.
*Visit the Greenlight Hub and submit or take a new photo that meets these guidelines:
- Avoid hats or sunglasses (eyeglasses and religious garments are allowed).
- Ensure your face and shoulders are visible.
- Use good lighting to prevent blurriness or shadows.
- Center your face directly facing the camera.
- Avoid filters, heavy edits, or photos of a photo.
- Ensure only one person is in the photo.
