How do I sign up?

Creating an Uber account requires:

• A valid email address
• A valid phone number
• Password setup
• Agreement to the Terms and Conditions
• Agreement to our Privacy Notice

To sign up:

1. Fill in your first and last name, phone number, and preferred language. Once complete, we’ll send a text to verify your phone number.
2. Enter your payment information. Adding a credit card or debit card number allows your trip fares to be automatically charged after each ride. Please note that we cannot accept prepaid cards.
3. You’ll receive an email to confirm your account registration. Once you confirm, you’ll be able to use your app to request a ride.
