We’re working with Cambridge Mobile Telematics (CMT) to provide this dashboard. Using sensor data from your phone, CMT can:
- Analyze 5 driving behaviors that may lead to a higher risk of a car crash
- Generate an insights score to help you keep track of your behavior changes on the Uber app
- Provide you with tips and information to help avoid unsafe driving
Impact of your insights and score
- The data in this dashboard won’t cause you to lose access to the Driver app. While it doesn’t directly change your trip fares, your Driving Insights score works together with your Acceptance and Cancellation rates to set your Uber Pro tier.
- Maintaining a score of 75 helps you qualify for Gold, while an 85 or above helps you reach Platinum and Diamond. Reaching these higher tiers unlocks rewards like 5% Pro Perks and access to more trip offers.
- While there may be a correlation between your driving behaviors and rider feedback, your star rating doesn’t affect your score.
