Vad ingår när du laddar ned dina Uber-uppgifter?

Omfattningen av uppgifterna i din nedladdning beror på hur du använder Uber. De uppgifter du laddar ned kan bestå av följande:

KONTOUPPGIFTER
Dina kontouppgifter består exempelvis av:
– Ditt namn och din e-postadress, ditt mobilnummer, ditt omdöme och det datum då du registrerade ditt Uber-konto.
– Inbjudningskod(er) som utfärdats av Uber.
– Information om betalningsuppgifter, som det datum du skapade och uppdaterade en betalningsmetod, den utfärdande bankens namn, debiteringsland och betalningsmetod (Visa, bankkort etc.).
– Metadata om supportsamtal med Uber.
– Kommunikation som skickats mellan förare och passagerare eller mellan leveranspartner och kund (observera: du kommer bara att se meddelanden du skickat).

UBER-PASSAGERARUPPGIFTER
Dina passageraruppgifter består av information som använts för att ta dig till din destination, som till exempel:
– Tider och platser vid vilka en resa beställdes, startades och avslutades, samt tillryggalagda sträckor.
– Respriser och valuta.

JUMP-UPPGIFTER
I dina JUMP-uppgifter ingår information om resor du gjort med JUMP-cyklar inklusive:
– Tider och platser vid vilka en resa startades och avslutades, samt tillryggalagd sträcka.
– Respriser.

UBER EATS-UPPGIFTER
I dina Uber Eats-uppgifter ingår information ur beställningshistoriken, som till exempel:
– Restaurangnamn, beställda objekt, priser samt tidpunkter då beställningar skapats.
– Anpassningar eller specialanvisningar.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR DATA DOWNLOAD?

Some information is reasonably not included in your data download. This can be for security reasons or because the information is proprietary. We also do not include information containing the personal data of another party that we can't reasonably exclude; for example, we do not include content from support tickets, email exchanges with Uber, or messages you've received.

Below is a list of the type of information not included in the download for each account type, along with the reason why it is not included.

ACCOUNT DATA
Highly personal data that you have provided to us such as Social Security number, mailing address, and bank account and credit card details are not included in your download. We exclude this data for your personal security. You will only receive messages you have sent. For security reasons, messages you have received are not included.

MOBILE EVENT DATA
Mobile event data included in your export - such as device OS, device model, device language, and app version - is limited to the past 30 days to reduce the size of your download and allow us to provide your data as quickly as possible.

RIDER DATA
- Names and addresses of places you've saved are currently not included due to technical limitations.
- Information such as estimated arrival time, pricing calculations, and details about marketplace-driven
promotional discounts are not included in the download for proprietary reasons.

UBER EATS DATA
- Delivery fee calculations and promotional discount details are not included in the download for
proprietary reasons

DRIVER DATA
Your download may contain a very limited amount of information about your driver experience. You can find more of your driver data and information in the driver dashboard.
Your data download contains the most relevant data about how you use the Uber platform. If you have questions about your personal data, would like to receive specific data that is not available in your download, would like to request a correction of your data, or would otherwise like to contact Uber's Data Protection Officer (DPO), you can submit a request through the link below.
