First, please attempt to contact the seller directly. You can find the address of the seller by following the instructions below.
How to Find Store Information
Search for a seller page in the search box on the UberEats app or website.
Tap the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen.
Tap on “Store information”.
#1: If you are still unable to contact the seller after trying the above, please follow the procedure below.
#2: If you satisfy all of the above requirements and wish to request disclosure of seller’s information, please mail the following required materials to the address that we specify as the mailing address.
(Example)
・Order history when you purchased the seller’s products
・ If you have already attempted to contact the seller by email etc., please provide the printout of such contents.
・If you are claiming consequential damages or compensation for mental suffering from the seller, please provide the documents that can support the reasonableness of such claim.
