If your delivery person charged you more because he/she had no change, you have two different options:
1. Accept the difference in Uber Cash, which you can use in future orders or rides;
2. Stay with a pending value in your account that will be charged in future orders or rides.
It is important to remember that there are a few reasons why your cash order ended up being more expensive than the initial estimate:
1. If you had a pending amount from a previous ride or order;
2. If the distance to your address ended up being larger than initially informed;
3. If the promo code you added wasn't valid for cash orders.
If your order was placed more than 10 / 30 days ago, you won't be eligible for this support.
